Co-Owner & Chief Financial Officer
Milton has 17+ years in education in Louisiana and Mississippi. Milton graduated from Alcorn State University with a Master's Degree in education and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Milton has held a variety of positions in both states, and as a result, several young men have joined the National Football League and gone to college. Milton is a fervent supporter of educating young men moral principles so they can make meaningful contributions to society.
Wilburn Smith
Director of Marketing and Lead Secondary ELA Consultant
Wilburn Smith is a native of Tchula, MS who currently resides in Jackson, MS. Wilburn is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s in English, Grand Canyon University with a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, and Arkansas State University with a Specialist in Educational Leadership. As a former English teacher, Wilburn has been recognized for outstanding growth with bottom-quartile students and high proficiency rates. Wilburn currently is an Instructional Coach, Adjunct Professor, ACT Instructor, and business owner. Wilburn is an individual who prides himself in helping individuals identify their true potential and passion through self-awareness.
Yashika Nicholson
SEL/MTSS and Exceptional Services Lead Consultant
Yashika Nicholson is an enthusiastic educator and counselor who uses social and emotional tactics to empower her students. Yashika holds degrees from the University of West Alabama and William Carey University. Yashika has worked as an Assistant Principal, an Elementary School Counselor in Texas and Mississippi, an MTSS Chair, and an Elementary Teacher. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing learning atmosphere where each person can reach their full potential both intellectually and emotionally.Yashika emphasizes encouraging critical thinking abilities and accepting diversity. She encourages students to pursue their dreams and develop into lifelong learners with unwavering passion.
Natasha Johnson
Literacy Specialist and Lead 3rd-4th Grade ELA Consultant
Natasha Johnson, a resident of McComb, Mississippi, started her vibrant educational path with the goal of improving young kids' educational experiences. Natasha holds an Elementary Education Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Alcorn State University. In addition to her current roles as Lead ELA Elementary Consultant (Grades 3-5) and Magnet School Specialist, Natasha has held positions as an Instructional Coach, Department Chair, and Third Grade Teacher. Natasha is a great asset in the educational landscape because of her diverse educational experience and her enthusiasm for data-driven research. Natasha has been recognized for her 1st attempt 3rd grade passing rates. Natasha has the potential to significantly impact the area of education by promoting creativity and constructive change through her innovative and personalized methods of instruction.
