We are all about Teacher Retention and Recruitment. We want good teachers to join the field and we want to keep the good teachers we currently have. Our Mentorship Program is tailored to teachers with 0-3 years of teaching experience. The participants will become a member of a new teacher community with teachers throughout various districts and schools..Our New Teacher Mentorship Program offers invaluable support to novice educators as they embark on their teaching journey. Through personalized mentorship(virtual and in person) from experienced educators, new teachers receive guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help them thrive in their roles. They also offer emotional support and encouragement, helping new teachers navigate the challenges of their first years in the classroom. Our mentorship program fosters a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement, ensuring that new teachers feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential and remain in the field and ultimately their schools.
